River Bluff Landscaping provides professional landscaping, lawn care, tree care, junk removal, and related services. Additional services may be available upon request. All work is subject to property access and weather conditions. Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions or permits unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and online payments via Wave. Invoices are typically due within 30 days of the completion of work and the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees unless prior arrangements are made.

 

Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers will be notified of any delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. To cancel or reschedule a service, customers must provide at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellation fees may apply for late changes.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the service area. Personal belongings, debris, or obstacles must be removed from the work zone before the scheduled service. Additionally, customers must notify us of any underground utilities or potential hazards before work begins. River Bluff Landscaping is not liable for damages caused by undisclosed property hazards or customer negligence.

 

Refunds or adjustments may be offered at our discretion if the quality of work does not meet agreed-upon standards. For disputes, please contact us directly within 14 days of service completion to discuss resolutions.

 

River Bluff Landscaping is not liable for damages caused by natural events, customer-provided equipment, or pre-existing property conditions. We offer a limited warranty on our services depending on the service-type. Customers are encouraged to notify us of any concerns promptly.

 

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of River Bluff Landscaping and may not be used without written permission. Users may not engage in unlawful activities or misuse our website. River Bluff Landscaping is not responsible for errors, technical issues, or downtime on the site.
